TEA AGAINST STRESS
In today’s society, especially in large cities, we keep a hectic pace of life that everyone, in varying degrees, have suffered or are suffering stress as a result of any of the following causes:
- Exam time
- Traffic in the city
- Labor Problems
- Personal problems and / or family
They may in turn lead to other diseases or symptoms:
- Hair loss (of nervous origin)
- Loss of appetite
- Loss of libido
- Eating disorders
- Urticaria and other skin diseases
And the list goes on.
Always remember that there are very serious diseases, and that work should be left to health professionals in all cases.
With this infusion, the aim is to calm the most common symptoms such as anxiety, insomnia and nervousness.
Mix equal parts the following plants:
- Lemon Verbena
Note: If you do not have any of them, nothing happens, mix the same amount you have.
Once you have plants, add a teaspoon of them to 1 / 4 liter of water heated to boiling. Leave to infuse 10 minutes.
Take 2 or 3 cups a day, one hour before bedtime.
